According to a Twitter post by actor and clean water advocate Mark Ruffalo on Wednesday, he is offering up an opportunity to meet him at the premiere of “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” He is the founder of “Water Defense” and like many others out there has voiced his concerned about the water crisis. Water Defense is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing for the technology and resources to keep waterways and drinking water sources free of contamination. It was mentioned during an interview with Ruffalo that a lot of means by which companies attempt to bring forth petroleum from the Earth is also having an impact on the quaity of water. Such methods include fracking, mountain top excavating, oil shale extraction, and deep-water well drilling.
